Just a short note today.

I know this time of year can feel very different depending on where you are in life and work.
For some, it’s calm and warm.
For others, it’s heavy, reflective, or a bit lonely.

Wherever you are right now, I just wanted to wish you a peaceful Christmas.

Thank you for taking the time to read my words this year.
Attention is one of the rarest things we can give each other.

I hope today gives you a moment to slow down.
To breathe.
To be present with the people you care about, or simply with yourself.

No expectations.
No pressure to be productive.
Just a pause.
